Kaitlyn has worked with children since she was 16 years old, starting at a daycare centre and also babysitting for a lot of family friends. She has been employed here at LMLC since 2018 and has loved it ever since. She was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass, leaving for a year to train at Alberta Ballet! Kaitlyn devotes lots of her time to the centre on a day to day basis, striving for improvement in all areas! Some of the hobbies she enjoys are dancing, crafting, and spending lots of time with her family and friends.

Brittney has been working at the centre since we opened its doors in 2017. Before LMLC, she spent six years working at other child care centres in surrounding communities. Brittney is passionate about working in child care and devotes much of her time to the centre, with a strong interest in working with infants and toddlers. She was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass and has two sons. She loves watching her sons play hockey and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Gaby is a mom of 2 boys, and loves spending her spare time hiking, reading ,and making small crafts. She started volunteering 12 years ago in a preschool for children that immigrated to Canada. This is when she discovered how much she enjoys being with kids and how important it is to build a strong foundation on early years of development. She has had the privilege to work with children with special needs for a few years and now she is really enjoying working in the Cubs room. Gaby has been employed here since 2020!

Jordan is a proud mom of 3 amazing children. They love exploring the Crowsnest Pass by hiking, fishing and getting out in nature as often as they can. She is currently working on her level 2 and is very passionate to help children grow and reach their peak potential. Jordan has been employed here since July 2022

Lindsey is a mom to 2 energetic boys who keep her busy with their love of hockey and the outdoors. Lindsey and her family spend a lot of time outside whether it is camping, hiking, playing or caring for their animals. She has 3 horses, 3 miniature horses, many chickens, 2 rabbits and 2 dogs. Lindsey is a registered social work and has spent the last 12 years in a variety of settings within the field of social work. Most recently working in an Elementary and High school as a Family School Liaison Councillor . In October 2023 she obtained he level 3 to pursue her passion to work within Early Childhood Education. She has been employed at Little Mountaineers since April 2024.

Karlie has worked with LMLC periodically since 2019. She has a Diploma in Social Work from Mount Royal University and is working towards completing the Child and Youth Care Counselling Diploma Program as well. Karlie has extensive working background in early childhood education, much of which has occurred in the disability field. Karlie moved to the Crowsnest Pass 5 years ago from Calgary and is a mother to two girls whom attend the centre with her. Karlie has been employed here at LMLC since 2022!

Rhonda and her family have been living in the Crowsnest Pass since October 2020. She has been an Early Childhood Educator for nearly 20 years and is so grateful because she truly loves what she does. Rhonda also loves music, dancing, singing, playing guitar, summertime and pursuing professional development opportunities. She has been employed here at LMLC since March 2024!

As an enthusiastic and dedicated early childhood educator currently pursuing her Level Two certification, Sydney is passionate about fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children. She was born and raised in Crowsnest Pass living in Calgary for a year and returning to pursue her passion with working in early childhood education. With a strong foundation in child development theories and hands-on experience working with diverse age groups, she strives to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support each child's individual growth and curiosity. Her commitment to Early Childhood Education drives her to enhance her skills and knowledge, she is eager to collaborate with families and colleagues to cultivate a vibrant learning community. Sydney has been employed here are LMLC since August 2024.

Courtney has been living in the Crowsnest Pass Since February 2024 with her fiancé. She has been an ECE worker for 19 years and 14 of them at a Montessori preschool. Throughout the years, she strives to create educational programs that makes learning an enjoyable experience for everyone. She enjoys hiking, golfing, traveling, live music and spending time with her family and friends. We are so excited for her to join our team! She has been employed here at LMLC since October 2024.

Alyson was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass. She has developed a strong love for the outdoors and cherished moments with her friends and family. Alyson is a certified acrobatic arts teacher and grew up dancing and helping with younger classes at Turning Pointe Dance Studio. She lived in Calgary where she completed cosmetology school and has completed her level 1 certificate in Early Childhood Education. Alyson has been employed here at LMLC since January 2025.
